1. Service

Discover Korea Across Europe introduces European K-FOOD, K-BEAUTY, K-POP and K-CULTURE businesses and city stories. Operator: Seungyung Lee; contact: Timsylee1403@gmail.com. Browsing is free. Transactions/reservations are separate arrangements with businesses.

2. Business and menu information

Descriptions, tags and recommendations are independently curated; samples, illustrative images, sources and check dates are distinguished. Google reviews are separate from our comments. Menu picks are not Google popularity rankings. Confirm address, hours, prices, menus, allergens, accessibility, stock and closures before visiting. Listing is not a guarantee of quality/current operation.

3. Accounts and comments

Comments, advertising inquiries and management require sign-in. No impersonation, account sharing, others' personal data, unlawful/discriminatory/abusive content, false statements, spam or infringement. Publication consent does not bypass moderation. The operator may reject/hide/remove problematic content or restrict use as necessary. Reports/appeals go to the contact email for review.

4. Representative approval and edits

Representatives or duly authorized delegates can request authority for a specific venue. The operator must review official contact channels and evidence before approving. Signing in/applying grants no authority; approval is not ownership certification or endorsement.

Representatives may propose edits only to their own venue's name, address, contacts, description, hours, tags, logo, photos, menu and recommendations. Other venues, advertising, members, comments and admin rights remain inaccessible. Proposals remain private until separate publication approval. Intervening changes require renewed review/resubmission.

Representatives must hold current authority and ensure accuracy and content permissions. Rights may be revoked/requests refused after staff changes, impersonation, repeated errors or infringement. Pending requests can be withdrawn. Before/after history is recorded; restoration must not overwrite intervening edits. Request reasons or reconsideration by email.

5. Content and videos

Copyright remains with rights holders. Submitters grant non-exclusive use only as necessary for review, publication, display and operation within this service, and must not submit unauthorized material. Credited official logos identify businesses, not affiliations. Send correction/removal/infringement requests by email.

Admin-selected YouTube videos/playlists use external players with privacy notice before connection and no autoplay. Availability and rights follow YouTube/rights-holder policies. External business, map, video and advertising sites have their own terms/policies.

6. Advertising

Direct banners/sponsored content are labelled advertising. Signed-in inquiries are private and do not establish a contract, placement or price. Position, duration, price, creative and cancellation need separate agreement. AdSense follows consent/configuration conditions. Without eligible ads, the advertising area is hidden.

7. Responsibility and changes

Security, maintenance, external outages or lawful reasons may limit service. Errors/reports are reviewed for appropriate correction/notice. Mandatory law, consumer rights and non-excludable liability are not restricted. Contact us to discuss disputes; statutory remedies remain available.

We update terms/date and appropriately notify important changes. Personal data follows the separate Privacy policy. Additional required operator disclosures, including postal address, remain to be supplemented once confirmed.
